Women's Boxing and Kickboxing 
(Private, Small & Large Classes)

Description

Basics of Boxing and kickboxing include a warmup, practice with the bags, mitts, speed bag with the boxing punches, elbows, blocks, kicks, language, stances, breath work, mindset, and working with a partner.  

 

Level 1, 2 and 3 certificates are possible with work and dedication.  Those wanting more of a cardio workout can gain endurance, strength, agility, balance and coordination session in our 9-round ring.  Let the instructor know if that is what you are looking for. ​

Cardio Boxing, Kickboxing, and self-defense are cardio classes that are not only great for self-defense, but also a great way to burn calories and get in shape.  Practice for our 9 round events, no contact, limited contact or full contact.  â€‹â€‹
