There will be plenty of time for demos and Q & A. All participants must be 18 years or old.
1. Basic Firearm is the beginning class of basics, including firearm safety, different types of firearms, ammunition, firearm shooting fundamentals, shooting positions, common shooting errors, firearm cleaning and maintenance, storage, and would include a classroom PowerPoint presentation and handling of a laser pistol or fake blue gun. 2. Intermediate Firearm is a class that builds on the basic knowledge of firearms and gives a bit of information and live fire practice on drawing from a holster, and showing different positions of shooting, goes over malfunctions of your firearms, works on speed and accuracy while emphasizing safety and accuracy. 3. Defensive Firearm This Class contains a PowerPoint presentation and more live fire. It goes beyond the basics and focuses on developing skills and tactics for self-defense including threat assessment, situational awareness, drawing from the holster, finding cover and concealment, shooting multiple targets and transitioning between fire and holding positions. 4. Home Defense: Great for those that have completed the CCH for permit OR Conceal Carry mini's 1-3 (without permit) OR just a refresher... 2.5 hour class (some live fire)
